On 5/22/2026 I drove from Durham to Fayetteville to buy a new Ford Explorer. I spoke with the salesmen and finance guy before arriving, I gave them my info and stated the amount that i'd be able to spend. Came in to order a part and the man behind the desk is probably the slowest and rudest person I have ever encountered. Work on a estimate for around $5000 and in the middle of working my sale answers the phone and starts working the person on the phone and I'm just standing there like what just happened. After about 10 minutes I let him know I will be taking my business somewhere else.
A complete and total mess from TOP to bottom. I have a final deal, IN WRITING, and offered to wire full cash immediately. THEY convinced me to just put a Visa deposit down and come pick up the care with cash the next day.
Then at 5:50pm call to say "we sold it for more, sorry. Not sure what to tell you about all the emails whee we said it was all good to go with the deposit, as WE LIBERT FORD insisted to do (because too lazy to get finance on the phone with wiring instructions.

Retired military veteran here, this is the worst Ford dealership I’ve dealt with in my 30 years of owning ford vehicles. The service manager is cocky and very arrogant. Some of the service reps are pretty good. I had lady named Wendy give me the keys to my truck knowing my vehicle WAS NOT totally repaired, with a $4k repair bill. This is a very deceptive and deceitful dealership! The dealership manager claimed to be a military veteran and let me tell you he was worst than the service manager. Another smooth talking arrogant person with no morals or integrity.
Bought a brand new Platinum Explorer and never got the code for the driver's side keypad. Have been there three times to get it, and was told they couldn't do it. Why would you sell a new car and not know the access code or be able to program it? Two managers said they couldn't do it. Also had a ding in the door they said they would repair, it was repaired like a salesperson put some fingernail polish on it. This was a $60k+ car , promises were made and not kept.
I recently purchased a used f150 my salesman was kevin Boykin he was very nice and attentive in helping resolve the issues i had with the truck as well as Jon Sapp the floor manger I appreciate the help and support during this process
Appointments are pretty meaningless. They will check in your vehicle, tell you that you will get "timely updates" and then not communicate anything about your vehicle for more than 10 hours despite multiple calls asking for an update. All calls get forwarded to your 'advisor' that you can't ever get on the phone, and they refuse to let you speak to any manager. Absolutely terrible communication.
Finally got an update that the truck was ready. Techs just cleared codes and everything came back after driving .2miles down the road. Stated that they cleared the codes and drove for 10 ... Read More

I brought a certified used car and within one week it started giving me trouble. The car went to their service lane 3 different times before they acknowledged the problem. I initially was told I had a warranty for the problem by sales. Service said I didn't have a warranty. Their remedy was for me to keep driving a faulty car. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid both Liberty Ford sales and service.
All was good except for the grease hand prints on my hood on my just washed truck
My service rep Ronnie was Very nice and I explained about a problem with the last service she went above and beyond to make sure this one went smooth as possible !!!
Slow to communicate that my service writer was let go. But lady who answered phones was super helpful. Mechanics did not clean up locktite and it was all in the interior from the exterior.
I've always came to this center for routine maintenance and issues with my vehicle but this last experience was not a good one. I had dealt with a service associate named Steven and he was very dismissive and gave me no other helpful outlets to keep me as a customer. I found the technician to be entirely unhelpful and unfriendly. Despite my attempts to ask questions about the repair process, the technician seemed unwilling to provide any additional information. I need more customer service to feel satisfied with the overall experience.
The service department staff is always spot-on and professional. Gave updates on the status of my vehicle and explained in great detail what work was needed and cost. Always a pleasure visiting Liberty because of its staff. Great team!
Overpriced and slow. More than $520 and five hours to replace the vehicle’s horn. Avoid this dealership for any non-warranted work!!

Had my car for almost 3 weeks and no work got done. I was told it would take a week. I had issues getting in contact. No one reached out to let me know what was going on. I still paid even though nothing got done on my vehicle.
The service department staff was very professional. They were very helpful with the repair and car rental process.
The service was mediocre for a dealership. Felt like the service agent was not interested in my patronage. The scheduling agent was friendly. I appreciate the car drop off/pick up service that they offered. The prices were expected for a dealership. When my service was completed, I drove home and realized that the service tech did not fully finish putting my protective plates back how he found them and they were hanging down and scraping the ground. Had to drive back to the dealership and wait longer for them to put them back on properly.
They had me in and out in no time fixed my flat. Great job tea

Service technicians are professional and able to convey what is required for repairs to your vehicle. Honesty is paramount due to rising costs.

Typical service was fine. Multiple issues with part owed to me on my car. Was told last Monday they still can’t order it and another Ford location has it and is installing next week. They said the part has been available since April. Probably will take my car elsewhere
Customer service was prompt and efficient and thorough. They definitely went above and beyond. They also discovered recalls that needed to be done to the truck.

Let me start by saying, being a female is sometimes nerve wracking when doing anything with a vehicle with maintenance. When I arrived, I felt at home. I explained to the employee that I tried fixing the vehicle myself but couldn't get the piece off so I threw in the towel and decided to bring my car to be looked at. Drop my truck off for a starting issue. They changed the battery. Because it was a non AGM battery. Sad that would caused the starting issue. I told them it was doing it before I changed the battery. They said that was the only thing they could find. I picked the truck up drove it less then 50 miles. Broke down again same issue had it towed in. This time they reprogram the computer. Pick it up drove it less then 40 miles. Broke down again same issues

The service was slow . I and other people waited 3 hours to get the oil changed . I will go somewhere else z.
Expensive corrupt tried to take my 2000 dollar clutch and put a 900 dollar clutch when they said I had a stock clutch and it clearly wasn’t they never even took my car apart to see what the issue was and tried to charge me 2700 dollars for the OEM clutch and installment
Drop my vehicle off at 830 in the morning for an oil change and state inspection. I was called to pick my vehicle up at 230 and only the state inspection was completed. Not to mention that I made an appointment for services. This dealership use to be on my top list for services for our trucks but now I’m starting to reconsider.
Everyone was very polite. They kept me informed by text the status of my vehicle. The service writer explained what was done and why. The job was completed on time. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back for service work.

The repair shop did an excellent job repairing the fender on my vehicle. The customer service was great and it was completed in a timely manner!
I was very disappointed. Ford decided they were going to conduct a state inspection on my vehicle without asking me. And I was charged a fee for it failing. The staff was very rude when I came to pick up my vehicle. And the staff working on my vehicle left their trash inside the vehicle. The least they could have done was thrown it away. I will never bring my card back to liberty ford

The next time I cranked my truck up after returning from the dealership my service engine light came back on. This was after an initial diagnosis which cost $800 then a second issue that cost $900. So for a small donation to Liberty Ford of over $1900.00 I get to watch my service engine light come back on. I guess I will see you soon which I am sure will cost me plenty.
no sure this was the worst service I’ve had.I arrived @ 11:40am-4:30pm no one service went in for coolant leak & inspection excuse came from everywhere I need appointment ,plugs were are behind spoke with management sorry was all he had to offer did get truck inspection

Rapid scheduling of appointment, prompt problem diagnosis, and very fast completion of repairs. Excellent status updates.
It is really unacceptable for a two hour oil change. I feel like the dealership was pushing product on me that I did not need. I have a service agreement that they could not find. I told them that when I came in. They did not look for it until it was time for me to check out. So I never got any paperwork on my service.

They are very professional, courteous, and on time with their work. One thing I wish they would start, since I can't see the work is my old oil filter and type oil used. Most locations you can watch the work being performed. Here you can not. You have to trust they do what they say. Or maybe a QA/QC signature on the work sheet.
The truck center has some of the best mechanics and service advisors. They are well trained, tell you what tgey find, and also give you options. I know by taking my Ford Truck F350 there that they have my best interest in mind.
They hooked me up with a nice car and treated me great! Would definitely recommend this dealership. Mark Linsangan Is the salesman to talk too. He loves cars and genuinely cares for his customers! 5/5
Not sure how to rate this yet. I LOVE the fact that they came to get my vehicle and brought it back…but…it worked properly before they serviced it and did not when they returned it. I am working to get this resolved currently. I had the truck serviced for a recall on the ac blower motor. It worker perfectly fine when it went in for the recall.
